I had a great experience with critter wranglers. I posted on social media looking for referrals for other companies, as we had already tried them but they were very booked and couldn’t make it out for a couple weeks. Carrie saw my post and reached out, and she was able to send someone out for a quote the same day as they already had people working in my area nearby. They were the least expensive of the quotes we received, by several thousand. Bradley did a great job, he was very nice and he worked quickly and efficiently despite how cold it is outside.

Used them several years ago and service was great. However I called a little over two weeks ago and was told I would receive a call back. After several hour I called again and was told when they have an opening they will call, my coworker literally got a text the next day asking if she wanted service. I never heard back. Used another company, had quick response.

I wonder how many families this company has scammed because they almost got me! I called for services for hearing a noise in my crawl space. They came out on 1/29/24 and said to have seen possum droppings and signs of a possum. The technician also stated that the ONLY way it could have gotten in was from the crawl space door being left open. He left a trap and said he would be catching and checking the trap everyday for 5 days. Well… my maintenance man came on 2/2/24 and had to do some plumbing in the crawl space again. I warned him of the trap. He stated there was nothing in it and there were no animal droppings down there. I immediately called to ask them to come and remove the trap. I was told that it had been reported that a possum was captured on 1/29. I told them we were never notified or contacted for that and they definitely didn’t trap it the same day because I was home all day all week. The supervisor agreed to have it picked up at no charge. The technician came to pick up trap AND LEFT ADDITIONAL BAITS DOWN ON THE FLOOR AND LEFT THE CRAWL SPACE DOOR PROPED OPEN ON PURPOSE as if he purposely wanted to bait something in to my home. (See pictures below if how the technician left my home and none of this was there before) He even purposely propped the door open with the lock that goes INSIDE the door! I called the supervisor back and I still have not received a response after leaving a detailed voicemail over a week ago.

Excellent and quick service! I was hoping to catch my lost cat but caught a skunk instead. Animal control and TWRA would not come help. I called at 8 am and Marty said someone would come by noon; by 930 I had help! I’m not sure of his name, maybe Steve? Knocked on my door and in less than 15 minutes transferred a skunk from my live trap to his and fixed my issue! He was so nice and gentle to the animal. Thank you! I will definitely use Critter Wrangler services again if I need them!
