Tyler was the best! I knew nothing about cng vehicles when I purchased this van. I called him, got it inspected. He walked me through what to expect, how to fill up the van, even reassured me when I was not sure after I filled up the van that the gas gauge will keep going up to full. Very nice. Knowledgeable and kind from beginning to end. I mean, not once did he ask me why I bought this junk. But I did ask myself a few times. Thank you so much Critical Automotive!

My son found these guys when his A/C went out. They quickly resolved the issue for him. So I decided to take my 2005 CRV to them which had multiple things wrong. These guys were not only able to quickly trouble shoot the error codes but very reasonably priced. Being retired military, there are always things a family looks for when we move from place to place. Wives = hair stylists, Men = a good mechanic shop that won't lie or screw you over. These guys are fantastic and I'd highly recommend giving them try before going somewhere else. You will NOT be disappointed. We will continue using them.

Great experience! I called in about electrical issues and a coolant flush for my truck. I never saw them once. Dropped off truck after hours. Called me the next day to talk about services, located and solved my problem + coolant flush. Picked it up after hours the next day. Honest pricing, much appreciated.
