Customer experiences
The staff at Dawson were absolutely wonderful. I had a dental emergency that I needed to have fixed quickly before surgery. They fit me in right away and fixed my tooth. Jackie was awesome. Will be making Dawson dental my regular dentist ans would recommend to all my friends
Very happy I came to this dental clinic. I've never been comfortable at dental clinics as my anxiety takes over but they take the time to make sure I'm okay. Dr. Mohammed, Bibi, Meaghan, Courtney and the entire staff are amazing. They are patient, non-judgmental, and always take time to explain things in detail. I'm a little quiet when I'm there (due to my anxiety) but I hope the entire team knows how grateful I am for their kindness and professionalism.
I don’t reside full-time in the Waterloo Region. But when I am in town, Dawson Dental takes great care of me. Top-notch professionals. Magnificent humans. The entire team is wonderful to work with. I highly recommend!
Normally I felt the experience was good but then today for my son's appt wasn't that great and actually was more of disappointing. As I wasn't told about after how long the numbness would be gone and when he could eat and what he could eat or not, in how many hours. I just assumed myself, however I still wasn't sure so I had to call and then I was able to figure that out. Even though I went there to receive a professional care for my son. I understand today may have been a busy day, but the experience that I had last time wasn't like this before, even if it was busy there. I wasn't feeling about today's appointment was quite happy at all, overall. While my son was waiting, after the needle for the anesthesia, we had to wait like about 20 minutes or more. However, neither the assistant or dentist seemed like caring about my son and instead left us for that long, without checking on him. After all done, the Dentist kind of rushed out when he finished his treatment after only asking us a brief question. That's why we weren't able to ask some questions after the treatment and didn't have time to check his tooth with a mirror or something with the dentist, as my son had his tooth chipped and obviously that was more of a visible treatment. Feel very disappointed about today!
