We hired Trevor on a referral from a friend to do all the rough-in plumbing for a 2 bedroom granny flat we were building. When the inspector from the Township came out to inspect the plumbing, the inspector stated that “your plumber really screwed you”. There were many issues with the plumbing not meeting code with the biggest problem being that he drilled 4 inch holes in our 9 ¾” joists and drilled holes for water lines within 1 inch of the bottom of the joist, all of which were against code. We had to hire an engineer to come in to tell us how to fix Trevor’s code violations. When I advised Trevor of the engineer’s instructions, he came to “fix” some of the issues however still did not repair them as the Engineer or Township inspector had instructed or to make what he did meet code. When I asked him a couple of times to come back to fix those issues for which he had already been paid to do, he refused saying he had already fixed a lot of the issues at his own expense and was not doing any further work for us. He believed that the inspector was being petty. I ultimately had to hire another plumber to come in to fix Trevor’s "fixes" and what he didn't fix. Save yourself grief, time and money and don’t use Trevor or Creemore Plumbing.

Our experience with Creemore Plumbing Co. was incredibly positive. Trevor is reliable, punctual and very pleasant to work with. We hired Trevor to relocate our washing machine and reconfigure a pipe so it could be hidden in the ceiling. Not only did he do exactly what we asked, but also took extra steps to avoid potential future issues. His friendly demeanour made communication easy, and he was quick to address all our questions/requests. Overall, Trevor's professionalism and expertise makes him an excellent choice for plumbing services in Creemore. We will absolutely hire Creemore Plumbing Co. for future projects.

We used Trevor on a recent plumbing job. At first I liked him, he was very friendly & personable and he seems fine when doing very basic plumbing BUT we soon found out that he really doesn't seem to know what he is doing. He had done several things that were not up to code and then he wouldn't repair them in order for us to pass inspections. We are not happy customers at all.
