Customer experiences
From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and at ease. Kimberly was so kind and helpful, making sure I understood everything when it came to my insurance coverage, felt comfortable knowing there would be no surprises. The front desk girls were just as wonderful - my doctor and assistant were gentle, friendly, and made the whole experience so much easier. You can really tell they care about their patients. Highly recommend!
I had a hygiene appointment today. It was a great experience with Michael. He conducted my cleaning very professionally with no pain or sensitivity. I highly recommend Michael to whoever wants to have a 5 star hygienist .
I should start by saying that I have a real phobia when it comes to dental treatments. I've been to a few clinics before, but I was never truly satisfied—until I found Mississauga Dental Arts. Dr. Ilnaz and my hygienist Michael are simply amazing. They were incredibly kind, patient, and understanding. The entire team is so welcoming and really helped me feel at ease while taking care of my dental needs. If you're nervous about going to the dentist, I can't recommend this place enough. Mississauga Dental Arts truly changed my experience with dental care!
I am giving Mississauga Dental Arts 1 star because it was a complete waste of time. I went in personally to explain what my orthodontist wanted done and after being assured that they had a specialist who could do the needful, I took an appointment. Wasted time getting the relevant X-rays and letter from my orthodontist prior to my appointment. Was sent a new patient form, which cannot be filled online. Has to be done old fashion way by printing, filling by hand, scanned and emailed back. Waste of paper and time. Then came the day of the appointment. Went in 15 minutes early to fill out the new patient form. I’ve never had to fill out a medical form that asks for your driving license and SIN which of course I left blank. After all this, I find out that they don’t have anyone to attend to my specific dental needs. Talk about a disconnect between reception who assured me they did have a specialist for my requirement and the dental staff at the back. The disconnect is so big that I got 2 emails after my visit. One was to fill a survey about my visit and the other was an invite to leave them this Google review.
Creditview Creek Dental is a dental clinic.
