The parcel arrived safely at its destination just one day after it was shipped, and Esther immediately followed up by email to ensure the package had arrived undamaged. Their customer service was prompt, and their rates were much more reasonable than larger competitors. The person whose name is on the invoice is the same person who answers the phone and emails.
