I was a patient of Cranston Cosmetic dentistry and Dr. Snehal Lakhkar and have since left her dental practice. As required by HIPPA, dental records are required to be sent to a patient who request them within 30 days of request. I sent my request to her on May 05, 2025 and May 19, 2025 more than 30 days ago. This is not how a patient should be treated. This is totally unacceptable behavior and outrageous.
