Got loaded very quick no doubt. Parking to the docks is very easy and plenty space. Overnight parking maybe possibly!! Only an issue is that it is big a$$ facility and they don’t have a bathroom/restroom and the loading is terrible. They have that plastic toilet only and thats it!! Loading was fast but the load looks not really good! Looks like they just threw everything in there. I had to reorganize some of the stuff myself by putting some stuff down and shift. Drvivers’ Check in door by the dock number N66.

This experience was long wait time. My company is a regular here but they received some back order of containers so I guess it was the hold up. Arrived at 1125 for my noon appointment. Four other trucks from my company was here waiting plus two others. My company had three doors occupied. I’m not sure who the representative from inside was that came out to tell all the drivers to find somewhere else to park. He was very rude older white male silver hair wearing a blue safety vest. Even though once we checked in we were advised to park to the left side of the parking lot he came out and said differently. I truly think you all need to give him some coaching on how to speak to drivers. If I don’t great you rudely please show me the same respect even if the person before you gave you attitude don’t take it out on me. “We need you to go find somewhere else to park your blocking my drivers from getting the containers. Ok no problem where would you like me to park? I don’t know and I don’t care! Go to the Kroger or wherever that’s not my problem or my concern! You all just need to move! They have your number they will call you go to the truck stop whatever.” Yes this was the exact conversation so disrespectful. Needless to say I received a call to a door a few mins before 2pm. Finally done unloading by 3:45pm. Please help us help you all we are not all nasty drivers. Everyone deserves respect. Oh we did park at the end of the street leading to the DHL building for waiting.

For some reason both the google map and the apple map don’t show the buildings out here but they are there! They have lot’s of docks and nice staff. Checked in right away and I think they have an overnight parking available as well since they don’t have security check at the main entrance of the building. Hope this helps
