What a wonderful office! Everyone was so kind and knowledgable. They explained what they were doing every step of the way and I actually learned a lot! Very different from other dentists I've been to where I sort of just feel like I'm just along for the ride. You can tell the staff really enjoy working together, and watching their interactions brought a lot of joy to my day. They also have a bunch of cool new tech that I've never seen before! Thank you all for making my visit comfortable and fun:)

The dentist can be an intimidating place to go, especially when you’re overdue for a visit. I set up an appointment with Dental Care at Reed’s Crossing on a whim because I knew I needed to get back into a dental care routine, and they accepted my dental insurance. No other reason than that except that they are in a close proximity in my community. I am SO lucky that I just so happened to choose them. For someone who was long overdue for a visit to the dentist they made my initial appointment easy to book, great reminders to make sure I didn’t miss my appointment, and were so kind and caring. I’ve been to dental practices before that by all means are perfectly fine, but it gives you a different level of comfort and a feeling of that you’re in good hands when you can tell someone is authentic when they ask how you are or if you need anything, but they genuinely care about your answer. It takes customer service to a level of hospitality that I’m not used to from a dental office. Extremely kind staff, easily worked with my insurance, and an overall feeling of that I don’t have to be nervous or anxious to show up for appointments. Thank you!

The team at Dental Care at Reed’s Crossing all exceeded my expectations and made my routine cleaning and check up appointment a positive and easy experience! From the moment I walked in, the office was clean and inviting, the front staff were kind and welcoming. My dental hygienist was knowledgeable, gentle, and very friendly. Dr. Randell was also very friendly in the brief time met with him. This was my first time in the office and would highly recommend anyone looking for a dental provider!

Excellent reception, facility and doctor (Shayla)! I was impressed with my mom's care on our first visit and went ahead and booked my own appt. They were all really in the ball. We have had quite a few dentists since our Dr Roberts retired and I definitely liked this one the most. She was thorough and honest and made a great recommendation even though it was probably not the most profitable. I appreciate that so much!!! We will be back :-)
