Crafty Llama is a fantastic shop! I found it looking for some wooden, ergonomic crochet hooks, and they are beautiful. I can't express just how happy I am with them. I was fortunate enough to get a whole set. They are really easy and smooth to use with various wools. I no longer get achey hands and can crochet for hours to my little hearts content! I have also purchased a couple of Tunisian hooks as I am learning that skill next, and these hooks are the same quality. The customer service I have received has been excellent, Kiera is very friendly and responds quickly. The items have always been well packaged, I couldn't ask for more. I highly recommend Crafty Llama. If I could give it 6🌟 I would.

What exceptional service! I ordered some KnitPro knitting needles as they were the best price at Crafty Llama and these were received in good time. I had a problem with the item as the case was extremely smelly. I emailed Kiera and within 24 hours had received a partial refund (I agreed to keep the needles and get rid of the case) after she had contacted her suppliers/KnitPro regarding the issue. If it was for the product this review would not be 5* but the service was as good as it could be from the shop. Thank you so much. Highly recommended!
