Absolutely incredible service! All the other five-star reviews are spot on. He showed up at my place within 30 minutes of my call, quickly replaced the broken spring, and had a great chat while doing it. Before I knew it, the garage door was working perfectly again. Hopefully I won’t need his help anytime soon — but if I do, I’ll definitely be calling him back

Francis was super friendly and helpful. Someone quoted me 1000+ to fix the garage door spring and I felt something was off. I called francis and he gave me a very reasonable quote and fixed everything in an hour. I couldn’t be more grateful. He was efficient, professional and honest. I would definitely call him again if I need any garage door help and would recommend him to anyone!

The chain on my garage door opener came off the motor sprocket, and although I was able to put it back on again it just came right off again almost immediately. I called Craftsman and explained the problem. Francis asked me to take some photos and was able to give me a quote via text message and come over to fix the problem the same day. He installed a new opener to replace my 30-year-old unit, programmed new remotes for me, installed the new wall button unit, tightened the door spring, lubricated all of the moving door components, and advised me on what to do to maintain everything in good working order. All for exactly the quoted price. I'm very happy with the work he did and have no hesitation in recommending him.
