A truck from CR Smith Transport, LLC., (truck # 830) was driving in front of me on I495 beltway in northern Virginia on Tuesday Dec 13th at 12:05pm. A loose particle from the truck flew and damaged my windshield. I called the company and informed them about the damage to my windshield and the fact that their truck was not fully cleaned from the prior load. Loose particles were flying of the truck causing damage and also a potential safety concern. The lady in charge of safety (Jennifer) would not listen or agree that their truck was at fault. I tried to resolve this matter in a productive and civil way but she was not interested. It appeared that this kind of damage happens a lot by their trucks and she is responsible to deflect blame on other factors.
