Always the best cell phone & pad repair service there is in csra. Very trustworthy and knowledgeable. This time they cleaned our phone. In the past they have repaired cracked screens and replaced batteries. Wonderful service. It’s really good to have someone dependable as our phones are a lifeline these days.

CPR was recommended by a co-worker. I can't say enough good things about the work they did. I had the screen replaced on my pixel 9 pro. They didn't have it in stock so I paid half up front and the new screen came in the next day. There was an issue with the new part so they apologized and overnighted another one without any extra cost to me. I left the phone with them and within a few hours of them opening the next day they had completed the repairs. I opted for the aftermarket screen to save a few bucks. There work was flawless and my phone feels like new again. Big thanks to them for the repair. I will without a doubt use them in the future if I need any work done.

Run! Avoid this business at all costs, even if your provider sends you here. My under a year old Samsung Galaxy 24 from T-Mobile developed a problem with the touchscreen. I brought it here in January of 2025 and was told that I had dropped it. My phone lives a charmed life as have all of my prior Smartphones in an Otterbox Defender case. I have never broken a screen apart from a flip phone 25 years ago. I had them replace the screen and they gave me a lifetime repair warranty. This morning, August 7 2025 I had the same problem with the phone and assumed it was a defective replacement screen. They had the phone for 2 hours, the store manager Ishmael told me that they would likely cover it and to come back in an hour or so. When I returned, they claimed I had corrosion from water intrusion. The phone has not been submerged in water in the 6 months since they last replaced it. The warranty as per him was now invalid. I paid for a second screen to get my phone clear of this business. Recommend you spread the word or at the very least avoid this business.
