I switched from Kroger pharmacy to this pharmacy and love it so much more. They are so much faster and friendlier. I really enjoy getting my prescriptions from this pharmacy.

John and his team are absolutely the best. They are the epitome of outstanding customer service. I tell their story every time a health care provider confirms my pharmacy. Often times out of town physicians confirm they have heard all good things about them. Mom and Pop, several pharmacist, PTs, Purdue and Butler Pharm kids working, all are happy and eager to look after customers. Looked after employees make for well looked after customers. It's a happy place, quick turn around by folks that know you. I actually enjoy going in for refills. They simply blow away the chains whom seem to have the polar opposite approach to care.

Best Pharmacy we’ve ever had. The Cowan team goes above and beyond for their customers. My husband got extremely ill a few years ago and Cowan was a large part of how we got through that tough time. They are a great group of people.

I don't know what has happened in the last 8 months. Getting our meds once a month has turned into 4 trips a month. Totaling 80 miles a month. It seems the new pharmacist doesn't care like Mr. Cowan did. Our meds haven't been rightly filled in some time. I'll keep you posted. Update, I received a call from Cowan Pharmacy. They Supposedly updated their online app. They're working on ironing out some bugs. For the record, Cowans is an excellent pharmacy. I just don't like driving into town any more than necessary.
