We left immediately. Once we checked in at the hotel, we checked out immediately. 1) The staff (Both Associates) during check in was not wearing mask which is required by the state law (COVID non-compliant) 2) The room and the room aisle were stinking and carpets were full of cigarette smell. 3) There were unassisted animals such as cats roaming outside the room (Room on 2nd Floor), when complained at the reception, they said it is natural that stray animals to roam around inside the building. 4) The property did not have adequate security in place (Homeless people were entering & leaving the property). Anyone could enter the property right outside the room and knock. 5) Too much of loud activity happening inside the building making the stay unsafe and unbearable. We left from the property immediately due to safety concerns. This was the 1st and last time I have ever stayed in Days Inn property (Days Inn By Wyndham Stockton)

Staff rude, no manager on site, the whole building smells like smoke, showers were stained and dirty. I was in the room, washed my hands and put my bags on the bed and requested cancelation immediately and because of that I was told I couldn't get a full refund. DO NOT recommend it at all! There's definitely better options for a fee more bucks.

There were dozens of cockroaches in my room. I had to keep in my car. This place should be shutdown!
