Hopefully this review reaches the proper people… Stayed mid- week One if the worst hotels I have stayed at in recent memory… The room, on the first floor in the rear, looked out to the uncovered, brown and green algae covered pool. The smell and dankness coming in through the AC unit… Mosquitoes in the room.. room had a musty smell. Mattress was borderline criminally soft… Bathroom lighting was very poor…Non existent front desk staff. Spend the extra $ to stay elsewhere… I should have

Do not stay here. Thought I was saving money and going for a cheaper hotel since I just needed a place to sleep for a couple nights. The building and rooms smell bad like cigarettes, weed and the trash/dirty towels that is left in the hallways. The bed had no comforter, only a random throw blanket. The room was so gross and dirty that I had to go buy Clorox wipes to clean. The carpet was sticky and dirty. Lack of amenities and the extremely bare breakfast I was fine with since the price was cheap. The pool looked to be the cleanest part of the whole building. Pulling out of the parking lot can be rough, but the hotel location is really good. The staff just stares at you with dirty looks. Checking out I wanted a receipt and was yelled at to drop the key and go since “no one was on the clock”. Spend the extra money and go to a different hotel.

Positive: The rooms were reasonably priced. My room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and I slept very well. Negative: The carpet in the hallway on both floors needs to be replaced. Upgrading the fixtures in the bathroom would be a major improvement.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. The moment we walked into the hotel, we were greeted by a large sign that read “Thank you for not smoking.” That should’ve been our first red flag—because as soon as we opened the door to our room, we were hit with an absolutely overwhelming stench of cigarette smoke. It was late, we were exhausted after a five-hour drive, and too tired to complain, so we tried to sleep. The next morning, we got a real look at how disgusting this place actually was. The ceiling paint was peeling and bubbling from what looked like water damage, the carpets were damp with sticky spots everywhere, and the “comforter” had visible cigarette burn holes. To top it all off, flies were buzzing around the room like they paid for a night too. We figured we’d freshen up and get out of there for the day—big mistake. The water reeked of sulfur. Our showers were as fast as possible, and we ended up making a run to the nearby Walmart for baby wipes, dry shampoo, and bottled water just to feel somewhat clean. We even had to brush our teeth with bottled water. Since we only had one more night, we decided to tough it out. That night was somehow worse—the smell of weed and cigarettes was so strong it triggered my asthma. We barely slept and ended up leaving early the next morning just to get out of there. Honestly, you'd be better off sleeping in your car. At least you know it doesn’t smell like an ashtray. Bonus nightmares: Dirty towels lined the floor leading to the pool (which looked more like Nickelodeon slime than water), and the "free breakfast" was literally stale cereal. Avoid this place at all costs.
