Clean and comfortable bed, no bugs. Friendly staff. Good location for me at the time. Outdated TV and remote but it worked alright. Over priced for what you get but, I would stay again. Felt safe and property was clean and well maintained.

The room had an odd smell to it. The sheets and towels were all stained yellow. And I-70 was only 40' away from the paper-thin window, meaning you are constantly awakened by trucks downshifting a stone's throw away! The staff was helpful enough, but not friendly in any way.

Okay, overall I think it's five stars. Here's why, when was the last time you stayed at a hotel for 65 bucks in the DC/MD area that it was in a convenient location and wasn't shady as all get out? This place is great. It's close to the highway, it's cheap, gives you what you need which is a convenient small room with a nice air conditioner and a comfortable bed and clean sheets the guy at the front desk was really nice to me and this place felt cozy enough. No it's not perfect, but it gave me what I needed. Hope you have a good stay.

Hate to break it too you any one saying the rooms only 65 bucks that's a lie. I booked the room through Priceline for $75, when I got to the hotel they didn't honor the Priceline price and charged me $85 for the room. The internet was down so they couldn't use my card and insisted that I go to an ATM and get cash. There was an older white lady working the counter she was nice enough but I don't think management treats are very well. Eventually the managers came by reset the router and they were able to accept my debit card payment. The rooms were kind of shabby, and the TV didn't work in the room that I was in. Didn't stay the night was only there for a motel hookup.
