I have worked with Adam Zibdawi for a real estate purchase, a sale and another sale that was not completed due to the purchaser not being able to get financing. Two out of three times the deals were private sale/purchase with no realtors involved. I needed Adam to review contracts to ensure that I was protected. He was very welcoming and gave me great advice. He was kind and approachable even after hours of business. Administrative staff are nice and respond to my emails/calls in no time. I am very happy with this firm. I will continue to work with them and recommend Adam to anyone looking for a real estate lawyer.

The worst organisation of lawyers. The lawyer named Adam Zibdawi was working here in 2022 who started our daycare deal as common lawyer of us and the seller Doaa al Naggar. Adam had made fake documents and released our 150 k deposit held in trust at Masuch law. I requested them to release the documents but they could not find anything except the draft we have deposited. Courtney stopped receiving my calls and never revert back on the emails. I strongly recommend people to avoid using them as your lawyers. They are not trust worthy at all.

Adam came highly recommended by my realtor/mortgage broker team - Delia Addessi and Matteo Saccomanno. I needed someone who could be flexible with my schedule but also give me a reasonable rate for the purchase of a condo. Firstly, Adam was very flexible with my schedule and was able to meet me at a time that I know most lawyers wouldn't touch. Secondly, he was very thorough. I walked away knowing that I completely understood everything I signed and why it was important in the process of purchasing a condo. Thirdly, he was very professional and the transaction went flawlessly. I've purchased a home before, but this was a different experience in that each piece of document was explained in full detail. I was very impressed that a lawyer would take the extra time to explain things to his clients and confirm that they completely understand each piece of the paperwork. I highly recommend Adam for any sale/purchase of a home, and I would use him as my lawyer again in the future.

Literally the best law practice ever! I had the pleasure of working with Cassandra Jackson (and kind of David Masuch) through my collaborative divorce and they are both just the best. Real humans who actually care and you can feel this radiating in their office. I highly recommend these people to have your back with however small or large your issue is!
