Today I was at the clinic for the first time, and the care, from the administration and the nurse who takes vital signs to the doctor, was excellent! I went for a bacterial throat infection that made it difficult for me to swallow, and they prescribed antibiotics. This was my first experience as a new patient. I must say the clinic is quality and offers excellent service.

Very unprofessional front desk. We had an appointment scheduled for today and even showed them the appointment card, but they claimed there was no record. Instead, they told us to wait in case someone didn’t show up or reschedule for another day. They also never answer phone calls—I think once they accidently picked up my call and put me on hold for so long and then they hung up. Terrible customer service.

Great place and great doctor but the front desk people needs to learn about costumer service! The worst costumer service that I ever received ever( from the chunky lady) , very rude and I was even surprised with the way the girl was talking to me! Because it’s free they think they can treat people the way they want but that’s not how it works!

I would give them no stars if possible, I have diabetes and they signed me up to get ozempic but I have been waiting since last year for it, and I have called them and emailed them and nothing. I tried to see if the doctor could recommend me something else so I could go to a different pharmacy, and they said they can’t because I need to have another doctor appointment for prescriptions. And one particular doctor is so damn rude, he just ask question and when why to give him explanations he ignore them🙄🙄🙄🙄
