I had the most wonderful encounter with one of your locksmiths who was in Bath today! I was returning to my car with my 4 month old baby. I had put her in her car seat and then went to fold the pram but realised it was broken and couldn’t get it to fold away (if its not folded it doesn’t fit in my car) Your employee got out the van to help and fixed the pram for me so quickly and he was so so friendly and helpful! He even made me check if it was definitely fixed before leaving! Honestly he made my day and I just want him to know that. I wasn’t able to get his name sadly but I hope he sees this to know how grateful I am 🙏🏼✨ thank you!
