I used to be your client you guys are really Bad on customer service first of all you never pick up the phone secondly you never reply back. I have a family who has insurance with you guys. Since we left a message we emailed you about the amount monthly payment you sent me the pink slip do you know English if not please go back. So finally we decided to cancel our insurance. You guys always complaint that you busy but when we went at your office no client at all. OMG good for nothing want easy money !! Very frustrating and disappointing. 😡😡😡😡😡😡
