Before I started treatment with Eric, I was unable to walk more than 150m before experiencing significant pain that forced me to sit down. I had been diagnosed with a herniated lumbar disc and I was using the services of other osteopaths, physios in coordination with my Doctor (GP) but nothing was making a difference. After just a few sessions (5), I’m feeling so much better. Today, I walked 2km and my step count is greater than 6000! I haven’t walked or been on my feet that long for months. Vitality Village is a very nice and friendly place. I started to see Eric about a year ago when he was treating my plantar fasciitis. His patience and knowledge helped me to regain my full mobility and enjoy my every day activities. A week ago I had to book an "Emergency" appointment with my shoulder. I was experiencing excruciating pain and lost all the mobility in my arm. The treatment I received was very gentle, not painful at all. A couple of hours after I was able to reach the top of my head and finally wash my hair. I recommend Eric to anyone who is experiencing chronic pain or has a sport injury.
