so there is this girl that works here named Justine She is one of the best most friendliest people there she always has a smile on her face. I always look forward to coming into the gas station when she is working because she is always so very helpful definitely a very nice worker compared to some of the other ones that seem grumpy but over all this store better then New minas

Stopped in for snacks for My Boy. The customer service was absolutely horrible. She told me that she hated her job. I asked her why she was working in the job with customer service and her reply was just need money. Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever had in my life

My son bought a Xbox gift card from the circle k in Wolfville and it did not work. This happens at times and I've always been told to go back to retailer. I went back and the manager, a young lady, came to speak to me. She said absolutely no refunds, I asked what I was suppose to do, that we bought the card from them and it was not working, then told her that all other places exchange them for this reason. She was being very passive aggressive which was exculating the situation as I felt I'd just been ripped off and there was nothing I could do. I removed myself from the situation before I took out my frustration on her and walked out, she then yells out the door "have a nice day" in a very escalating tone. I then turned around and asked her what kind of manager is she to escalate an upset customer like that, she came out of the store to confront me and tell me she talked to me like that because I walked out while she was talking. So she escalated the situation while she was inside the store and then proceeded to come outside of the store to escalate one more time. Her boss really needs to remove her from this position, next time she leaves the store to escalate a customer, she may do it to the wrong person and get hurt. I ended up walking away furious telling her to shut her mouth, not my finest moment but no manager should escalate a customer like that. Turns out that if she would have done her job and looked into it, the gift card system is down. I stopped at the Ultramar and the employees there told me why the card wasn't working.

Staff are always great and friendly (miss you Justine) however the food always seems to be taken away before the end time and I miss my Gas station hotdogs
