This one is HOT, AND WE LIKE IT THAT WAY! There are four other studios in the immediate vicinity for warm yoga, if that’s your vibe- but I drive 45 minutes to Central Park for the next good sweat. The teachers here are fantastic! JJ, Leigh, and Jackie are some of my favorites. JJ’s sound bath feels like a hug, and Leigh’s masterful flows make me feel strong. Katie’s voice and Ilona’s music create a wonderful atmosphere, and their classes tend to be cooler. I know that happy people don’t always take the time to review—but I promise you, we are!

Review: I had a disappointing experience at this studio. The room was dark, the temperature was unbearably hot at 106 degrees, even for a hot yoga class, and the teacher spoke so softly that it was impossible to hear over the loud air system and music. Additionally, the studio had an unpleasant smell that made the environment even less enjoyable. To make matters worse, the customer service was unhelpful. They refused to issue a refund, even though the issues stemmed from the poorly maintained studio and subpar class experience. Instead, they offered a merchandise credit—an insulting response to a completely unsatisfactory visit. I would not recommend this studio to anyone looking for a quality yoga experience. Do yourself a favor and skip this company!

I don’t typically write reviews, but since my first class (C1 with Heather on 8/18), I’ve become obsessed with this studio 🤍 I am totally unfamiliar with yoga, but I have been looking for something to relieve stress while I grow my new business. I appreciate all of the teachers at this location for always being kind and encouraging. They welcomed me, and all of my silly questions! A teacher had even lent me her personal mat towel so I could try it out during her class before purchasing one for myself. Truly an act of random kindness that warmed my heart. I’m hoping that someone who is nervous about trying out this studio reads this review and feels encouraged to try a class. I see all types of humans at all types of fitness levels in this studio, all of which have been friendly and polite to both teachers and other students. I appreciate you, CPY Westminster 🧡
