Customer experiences
Plenty of high end fashion brands like Luis Vuitton, Dior , Jimmy Choo , Gucci , Versace etc etc . I expected much more footfall in this mall on a Friday evening but seems like people are not buying luxury products these days.
Located in the heart of the city, this upscale shopping destination features luxury brands like Louis Vuitton, Gucci, and Tiffany. It also houses an on-site Marriott hotel and the Yard House restaurant. Hotel guests receive a $20 food and drink voucher, along with a complimentary pass to enjoy panoramic views from the nearby Prudential Center.
What a disappointment. The exterior is bleak and neglected, setting the tone for what’s inside: a cold, lifeless mall that feels more like an abandoned office building than a luxury shopping destination. Despite the presence of high-end brands, the entire place feels dated, empty, and soulless. There’s nowhere to sit, no welcoming atmosphere, and nothing about it screams luxury. It’s hard to imagine anyone wanting to spend time or money here. Copley Place feels like it gave up years ago.
A very clean and high end, dare I say luxury shopping mall located in the South End. Many designer brands to choose from when you shop here, so if you got money, you’re covered. Stores here are very clean, organized and top notch. I do say, you get what you pay for. Highly recommend for anyone with higher-end income.
Copley Place is a shopping mall.
