C BAbsolute scammers, paid £100 for a membership to bid on my old car that I wanted to use the engine etc, only to find I wasn’t allowed to bid as it’s a cat B, how am I supposed to know this, I’m not a salvage expert?! Contacted customer support only to be told basically tough. Disgusting customer service from these thieves ! Update: No copart you’re not sorry, as expected just a copy and pasted reply, no attempt to resolve anything or make amends your shocking customer service, your reply is an insult and I’d rather you hadn’t bothered. I’ve contacted customer service and was told “tough”. So just carry on scamming and robbing people because that’s obviously your business modal.
Ricky LewisStarted buying cars from these guys recently. Had about 6/7 cars now and been happy with all of them!! Until today!! Purchased a mx5 being listed as "mechanical" and thought well it could be a multitude of things, if it's anything major they put in notes in the bottom saying funny noise or knocking noise from engine etc etc. Well this had nothing so thought well it must be simple as shows pics of engine running with no lights on dash etc. Went and collected car started it up and it scared the life out of me the noise it made!!! Basically the big end bearings have complety gone and engine is about to give out! I went and spoke to woman in gate house and they said oh well its listed as mechanical so tuff shit basically and nothing i could do apart from take the car home!! They engine is absolute toast!! And I've wasted ÂŁ800 buying this car that's only for for scrap now!! Dishonest and terrible attitude to people buying cars from them! That was the last time I buy from co part!! Let's not also forget massive spilt in paint work on rear arch they couldn't be bothered to point out ( about 6/8inches long!) I'm fuming aswell as upset!! Bad bad experience!! Be mindfull what you buy from these as they won't hesitate to stitch you with some absolute nail!!
