Been a customer for many years with multiple policies, always pay on time, no driving records whatsoever. The service was good when it was Tom Cormier's office but when Jamie Wallace took over, the customer service is terrible. I had an auto policy started August 27th, 2020 under my business name and then transferred to my name recently when I sold the business. More than one month later, they called and said they decided to cancel the policy because I had an auto dealer business and they denied that they ever issued a pink card under my personal name. They also deleted the link to access my policy online. However, I still have a hard copy of the policy and the pink card so sent them a copy as proof, also the proof that I sold my business. About 10 days later, I received in the mail a letter saying they will still cancel my policy, without any valid reason. I have been able to maintain good credit and records everywhere and this will badly affect that. I have sent an official complaint to the Co-operators Omsbud office and also the Financial and Consumer Services Commission. Stay away from this office!

Have refused and ignored requests from my daughter to have premiums refunded (to which she is entitled). Have requested assistance from the Insurance bureau of NB.
