Zero starr rating. We brought paperwork to get a permit.done. After we left at 4:15pm, unable to return before closing at 5pm, the agent called us to say he took a form he shouldn't have and that we needed to come back but also get an entire new and filled out registration transfer form. The sellers were now an hours drive away! Once we got to the hotel to look at the papers, he did not stamp the permit which said invalid if not stamped. He took copies of the transfer form and stamped our copy BUT he was not supposed to take any let alone stamp those. The item in question was not being registered that day. So his stamp meant our transfer form was now also invalid. He did not even let us know during our call that their office was closed for the next 2 days whrn i said several times wed be there at 9am the next morning! This left us traveling home with an invalid permit and having to now try and get a new transfer form from the sellers 600kms away. Extremely poor service and little to no working knowledge of the industry.

Be careful with Christine Potter because her work ethic is deprorable !! she messed up greatly with my insurance, did whatever she wanted with it, making me pay extra money in extra fees because of her lack of professionalism. She just vanished and never replied to my emails or phone calls. Tyical crook behavior after taking advantage or people. I wouldn't trust any of my insurances to her at all. I already sent an email to main office letting them know about the suspicious behaviour from this individual using this industry to do different types of shady transactions.

Second time this place has messed me around, couple months ago popped in from across town to grab car insurance and employee barks at me as soon as I walk in the door that “he can’t help me because he hasn’t eaten yet and wants to go on lunch” and now I drive here because listing says open till 6 on google and the place has “new hours, open only until 530” taped on the front door of the place. It takes 30 seconds to update your listing on google, so I’m not sure why it’s not correct. Thanks for wasting my time yet again, Hate leaving poor reviews but come on guys this is a joke
