I haven't been able to reach them for 3 days and have even gone to different offices in Edmonton, but some were either closed to not let customers in or told to wait on the phone line. Every day I sit by the phone for 6 hours and listen to terrible music that can't be turned off and this music is already playing in my head like torture, but even after that time no one answers me. I understand that you have a lot of customers, but keeping people on the phone line, without any QUEUE for hours, is not respectful to others, and if you accidentally hang up, you have to start all over again. Horrible service that I didn't even get to try.
