They cancelled my insurance Policy because I was late on one payment. They gave me an NSF fee of $50 for being late, which is understandablebut took the $50 but couldn’t take the money that I owed them so they cancelled my insurance and never contacted me. Never emailed me never sent nothing in the mail. I contacted them just for them to tell me they sent a letter in the mail. This is 2025 Like a phone call or a email would be a little bit more direct and faster to let me know that they were going to cancel my policy because I’ve been driving with no insurance I could’ve received a $1700 fine had my car towed and impounded ! if I was to get into an accident, I would’ve been completely at fault. It would’ve also affected my driver‘s abstract and also affect my income because my job requires me to drive a vehicle and now I have a cancellation for incomplete payment or whatever On my insurance could also affect my insurance now

Was a loyal cooperators client since I bought my first new new car in 2013, so it was a no brainer to use them as my house insurance provider when I bought a house. I got I'll for a few years, and now better and able to drive again I naturally called them for my car insurance quote (you know, loyalty and all that). They quoted me 280$ a month when I've been driving (with a 100% clean driving record, never been pulled over, never had a ticket NOTHING) so I went with one of the many other companies that quoted me between 110 and 130 a month. I tried to be loyal, but counts for nothing apparently which is really disheartening as I feel like all the money and business I sent their way meant nothing to them :(
