I’ve been a customer for 15 years, so I was pretty surprised and disappointed when I got a quote for a new product that was way higher than expected—about 2.5 times more than what other companies were offering. When I asked Janet why, I got a vague answer and no real explanation. I even asked if we could chat on the phone to clear things up, but I never heard back. When I called head office, things just got more frustrating. They told me I had to renew or pay a cancellation fee, and that my car insurance would also go up because of “discounts” tied to the policy. At that point, it felt like no one was interested in helping me, just in charging me more. After more than a decade with them, it’s really disappointing to feel like loyalty doesn’t matter. We are going to cancel all of our policies and move on to a different company. If you’re considering them, I’d recommend getting a few other quotes first—you might save yourself some money and stress.

Staff maybe friendly, but extremely poor ability to insure you. We bought 2 trailer before leaving alberta, we asked them for coverage similar to our comprehensive coverage on your vehicles, they noted no you don't need it and it assume the coverage of the vehicle your driving. Well that a lie. If you have an policy with them, strongly recommend reviewing your trailers and other items other than auto and theses incompetent workers didn't give us coverage and the trailer is totaled and come to find out theres no coverage. I would review going with any other provider or just use another cooperators like in Drayton Valley as they are far more competent and will respond to you over the phone. Update We have sent off an email to that email below. Seems like a generic response. We also got a call from the branch 10min after this review. Extremely unprofessional and rude to how they were very aggressive over the phone. I hung up on them as they weren’t there to listen or resolve an issue
