The kitchen in our 1926 Seattle house was largely original and wearing out. The best decision we made on this project was hiring Luna to do the design. We connected instantly with Sendra, who understood what we valued in our old kitchen and asked the right questions about what we wanted to change. Essentially, we liked the look of the old kitchen, but needed better functionality. We are absolutely thrilled with the result. Sendra not only provided a few iterations to settle on a good plan, but he guided us through contractor selection, and gave excellent input on so many details that came up during the project. We had dreaded and avoided this remodel for 20 years, but Luna made the process easier, and provided just the right amount of choices for us to move forward with confidence. Money spent in design is well spent.

Extremely disappointed with Luna Kitchen and Bath. We worked with Luna for our kitchen cabinets, and they measured incorrectly, which resulted in the wrong cabinets being delivered. While mistakes happen, the real issue was the aftermath: we had to wait an additional two months - on top of the initial three-month lead time - for remeasuring and for the correct cabinets to be delivered. This caused serious delays to our entire project and we had to reschedule multiple contractors and pay out of pocket for extra labor. To make matters worse, the company offered no compensation for the inconvenience, lost time, or added costs we incurred — just a replacement of what should have been done right in the first place. To be fair, the designer personally offered to pay for the extra cost out of pocket, which we appreciated but ultimately didn’t feel was right — the company itself should have taken responsibility. This only shows how much Luna cares about their customers and employees. If you’re managing a tight schedule or using your own contractors, be cautious. A company that won’t stand behind its work is not worth the risk.

Terrence with Luna Kitchen and Bath goes beyond expectations! My plumbing configuration did not allow me to have a drawer for the new cabinet and vanity I ordered from them. I mentioned that I wished I had a drawer or a shelf to put my toiletries on so I didn't have to bend down every time to grab my toothbrush. Terrence said he would come back with a solution. He put a small shelf in for me at no charge. It is perfect and gives me the extra space I needed. He went out of his way to fix little things that were not part of the installation as well. The quality and detail of his work was outstanding. I highly recommend Luna Kitchen and Bath!

We were interested in quality cabinets & Luna does not disappoint. We chose Columbia Cabinets out of Canada & could not be happier with the quality and workmanship. We worked with Sendra, and he was very knowledgeable and detail oriented; he helped us eliminate an unnecessary wall! If things weren't right, he would make them right and was good about updating us on timing. And while we didn't work directly with Terence, he was remarkably responsive during our brief interaction.
