Friendly staff, some of the items are good,look pretty but some feel like a boxed mix i know its not sorry. On my last visit i bought what you see here unfortunately the cupcakes were dry and the iceing tasted like pure butter not in a good way. It is just the type of place ware it's try and see what is to your taste preferences I know what ones I like and what ones are to sweet,dry or just not for me. I do recommend the sugar cookies they are always good just not the ones that have hard sprinkles they hurt. I would like to add that the owner did give me the $10 voucher but not any extras also DMed me on IG to ask me if I would change my review thats my opinion and i wont be gaslight. Messageing someone on IG to change there review is not allowed when you are a local guide. Cupcakes were dry and the iceing was pure butter and I almost broke a tooth on those jaw braker sprinkles.

We would highly recommend Cookie Jar to everyone!! They made our beautiful wedding cake, that was not only exactly what we envisioned, but was also incredibly delicious! Eric was so wonderful to work with! The communication was great, and he really made sure we got exactly what we wanted. We loved our cake-thank you so much!!

We ordered a birthday cake from Cookie Jar Baking for our daughter’s 5th birthday while vacationing in Sandbanks, and it was absolutely perfect! I had reserved the spot back in March for our July celebration, and the entire process was smooth and stress-free. The cake not only looked stunning with adorable dinosaur details and a clean, elegant finish but it was also delicious with fresh strawberries and cream. Everyone at the party loved it! It truly exceeded our expectations and made Marion’s special day even more memorable.

We had the Cookie Jar make our wedding cake. It was absolutely amazing. Working with them was one of the best experiences during all my wedding planning. They really take the time to listen to what you want and they will bring your wedding cake vision to life. My wedding cake was two flavours and the cake was also SO DELICIOUS. All my guests were raving about how good our wedding cake was. So incredibly happy with the Cookie Jar and will continue to get any future event cakes with them as well.
