I have been receiving automated calls informing me of an additional 20% discount for self-pay patients who pay the entire bill at once without choosing a payment plan. I recently spoke with a billing department representative and they told me that as soon as I receive my bill I have to call and ask for the additional 20% discount in order to receive it. I just got my bill and I called the billing department. They told me that this promotion has expired. How convenient. They are sending me a bill for service provided on 04/07/2025 two months later when the discount has conveniently expired. What kind of scam is this? In addition, they are not abiding by the Illinois state law requiring from any hospital to provide a good faith estimate prior to the service. I am rarely receiving those good faith estimates and I had to file a complaint with the hospital patient relations in order make them abide by the law and now those dishonest billing practices... this hospital needs to be renamed to Crooked County Hospital. Shame on you!

Horrible service, how is possible that we have more than 3 hrs and nobody call us, and some of us have the red bracelets. Many people came late and they go out earlier. This is incredible

Worst people in call center I try to make appointment and he is not responding very well and not solving my problems and then he put me on hold after 2 min hung up the phone then I call again same things he did!! He was rude too Worst experience ever in my life Even in hospital we have to wait at least 6-7 hours for check up I’m very disappointed with management
