I’m disabled and live in a senior manufactured home community in Matteson. I purchased my home in April and I was promised a new roof would be installed on both the home and garage. My skylight began leaking immediately after the new roof was installed. Dominic said they don’t seal the bottom of the skylight ? Apparently he believes the water knows not to leak on its own. WRONG ! I have huge problems now with the risk of mold. His response was that I had 3 drops on my ceiling ! They’re dinner plate size “drops”. He’s rude, has zero integrity or respect. He was unlicensed at the time nor did he pull a permit for the job. I don’t want this to happen to anyone else. I spoke to the Village and I was told Dominic that your license in Matteson Expired in April ! I had ZERO leaks in my kitchen until After you did my roof and once again YOU DID NOT PULL A PERMIT AS YOU DID NOT HAVE A VALID LICENSE AT THE TIME YOU DID THE ROOF ! It wasn’t a week you guys put off my job because the job before mine took longer than anticipated. I get that. You however have zero customer service skills as far as I can see. This is a public forum and I get you wanna leave a good impression. I’m just relating my experience as I have 40 years of customer service with a 100% Customer Satisfaction Index in the Car business !!

The owner does not think skylights should be properly sealed during a complete roof replacement as he said they do not seal the bottom of skylights only the top. Had the audacity to say “it’s just a few drops of water” and wanted to charge to fix their lazy work. My disabled mother simply wants to enjoy her new home and the attitude here is appalling. Not sorry for yelling at him on the phone. How would you feel if someone did this to the person you love most in the world? Edit to add per business reply—-the review remains as is with the additional photos sent to me to show how poorly the work was done when the association employee was on the roof showing YOUR employee how to do their job. Of course it was done free of charge because YOU DID IT WRONG IN THE FIRST PLACE. You should maybe consider not working on roof jobs if you and your employees don’t know how to do it properly. You also completed this job without a valid license per the town ( your license expired in April there btw) and you did not pull a permit. Maybe stick to Christmas lights bud…..
