From start to finish David Miller (the Owner) was knowledgeable, honest, communicative, reasonably priced, and most importantly present. He continually sent photos of the work before and after of the multiple sections of our expansive flat roof on a condo building. The crew started on a Monday, with a couple of suggested added repairs and additions, the job was completed in one week. Any problems or issues that arose with the crew David addressed immediately but honestly we didn’t really encounter any major issues or problems. When our brick 3-flat needed a re-roof to bring us in line with insurance requirements, APR was the contractor we used. Dave was very communicative right from the start, and the quote options he provided were thorough, well explained, and fairly priced. Dave was good at communicating their work timeline, and the work was ultimately completed in a timely manner. All in all it was a good experience. APR’s ads have been coming at least once a month through my e-fax. The most recent came the day I decided I needed a new roof. David came out the next day to look at my roof and give me an estimate. The price was very reasonable, so I signed the contract and paid the deposit. The following week, today, APR’s crew came and knocked it out the park. My new roof looks just like the example pics David showed me when he came for the estimate. The crew was fast and efficient.
