Conrad Abu Dhabi Etihad Towers

Had a fantastic holiday at this hotel. It deserves the 5 stars and more in my opinion. The staff are very helpful and friendly and the grounds are spotless. Food is also very good with a variety of restaurant choices and a good bar on the 62nd floor in the evenings. Try the observation tower too where you can see the best sunset. I also want to mention the three lovely ladies who work within Rosewater restaurant. They have been fabulous.

This might be the best Conrad worldwide. |The stay starts with a warm welcome in the impressing lobby. |Rooms are spacious and come with a great view. |The facilitie includes a beach area and three different pools. We had couple of windy days and the pool was heatet during those days wich made up for the weather.|The highlight of this hotel is the outstanding attentiveness and friendlieness of the staff. You can see that the staff is well trained, wich gets rare these days. |The other highlight is that gastronomy wich is of outstanding quality. Not only does the hotel come with 3 different Michelin Star hotels, the brakefast is also of superb quality. Breakfast comes with options from different cultures, fresh cooking stations, as well as fresh smoothies, fresh honey from the honeycomb and lot more goodies. |I want to reach out a special thank you to Mr. Shailesh Jaiswal and his housekeeping team wich took care of our stay and make it feel individual. The attention to detail, for example noticing that we used up more decaff coffee capsules than regular and adjusting the refill, is impressive. |As well to Mr. Sunny Sharma and his team of the Naham Restaurant, for exceptional caring. And lastly to Ms. Lovdina Elizabeth Badu-Annan from reception for outstanding guest service. And of course to all the other staff who are the most important asset of this house! ||After all this praise I want to motivate the hotel to give more attention to detail to the check-in process and bringing prepared ammenities to the new room after a room change (Thanks for the upgrade!) before the guest enters. We also found a welcoming letter adressing annother guests name. Not an issue for us, but this process needs some improvement. |Also, I hope that the management is aware, that Hotel rooms don´t last forever. The wear of the furniture, carpet and wallpaper is well visible. Also the bathroom installation has its best days gone. Also I would guess a modern AC-system could run at much lower noise level. |The rooms are by no means in bad conditon, especially if you compare to other hotels, but I hope there will be some modernisation going on in the next years as wear and tear is progressing. ||Thank you to the team and hope to see zou soon again!

I booked this hotel because it was part of the AmEx Fine Hotels and Resorts program and I happened to be passing through Abu Dhabi. I honestly wish that I could have stayed for more than two nights. My room was very comfortable with beautiful views. All of the staff were extremely kind and helpful. The breakfast had the largest selection that I have ever seen, including Indian, Asian, Arabic, and Western items at the buffet. The highlights of my stay were getting cocktails on the observation deck while watching the sunset and enjoying the High Tea on Level 45. The high tea was particularly impressive, with innovative and beautifully-presented dishes. I want to give a special shout out to Jimmy who was my server at the high tea. He was so attentive and kind.
