Since Connexus took over it's been 1 disappointment after another. I actually had 2 people there quote me 2 different rates. Member for over 30 years. Closing my account. All done giving Connexus my money. Plenty of other credit unions to choose from.

Not sure if things went downhill since the Connexus change or what happened but it's garbage now. Have had loans in the last and always paid them off. Have fought to build my business for the last 4 years, quite successfully I may say. But when I ask for a personal loan to buy another piece of equipment that's a big no. One late payment (to a non connexus account) in the last 5 years discounts all of my hard work enough to deny me a loan? Sounds like bullshit to me.

I have a HELOC account with Connexus. I went in today to get 50 $1 bills, which I’ve done plenty of times. I was told that they couldn’t do it because I don’t have a checking or savings. I was shocked because I’ve done it plenty of times. The guy told me that his manager was there and could explain. Bethany comes on the mic and I’m explaining that I’ve done this plenty of times and she cuts me off and starts talking and proceeds to tell me to have a nice day. I buzz in to let her know my displeasure of being talked over and dismissed. She said that she didn’t know that I was still talking. I asked if she didn’t see me on camera? So she blamed it on the speaker and non working cameras.I left and went to PNC got my 50 $1 bills in less than 3 minutes
