I can’t recommend Baystate Physical Therapy enough. After undergoing major back surgery to remove a tumor, I was honestly nervous about the rehab process because I didn’t know what to expect. Baystate made the entire journey something I actually looked forward to. I did both physical therapy and occupational therapy here, and the level of care in both areas was outstanding. Matt and Jenn in physical therapy were incredible. They listened, they pushed me when I needed it, and they celebrated every bit of progress with me. Their knowledge and patience made a huge difference in rebuilding my strength and confidence. I also have to give a shoutout to Steph in occupational therapy. She brought a different level of support that truly stood out. She helped me regain function and also helped me feel like myself again. Her attention to detail, creativity, and genuine care made each session meaningful. Occupational therapy deserves more credit, and she shows exactly why. From start to finish, Baystate made my recovery smoother, faster, and more uplifting than I ever expected. If you want a place that treats you like a real person and gives you every tool to get your life back, this is the place to go.

Very good place for physical therapy. I've had work on legs, arm, and shoulders here. The therapists are very capable and know how to move the difficulty up gradually. Very friendly. Pleasant working environment. Well managed office with no hiccups with insurance or scheduling. Great front office staff.

My occupational therapist Steph Randolph was professional and very personable. Which made learning my exercises and performing them that much easier. She showed me what muscle groups were being affected by which exercises. A smile and cheerful Outlook by her, makes the session fun & even more helpful. Happily the smiles and cheerful Outlook are not confined to Steph. You're greeted by a whole round of that as soon as you walk in. The workout accompanied by light-hearted conversation with matt, nathaniel, Jen and V as well as the rest of the BSPT Team makes you want to try hard each session and look forward to come back for your next will recommend baystate physical therapy Randolph to everyone going forward. if it weren’t for Ashley and Jen I couldn’t do half of what I can do now. If I could have, I would’ve done physical therapy before now, but I’m very very thankful. They have given me the tools that I can do on my own when I’m finally ready to be discharged, but it got a few more sessions!
