The location is very convenient and close to everything. However, the stay was disappointing as even the basic necessities were not met. There was no bottled water provided, no coffee, TV is not working, no cold water setting for shower and the only telephone to reach reception was oddly placed inside the bathroom. The walls are thin—you can even hear laugh from the neighboring rooms. The toilet flush was also damaged, and any online orders had to be picked up personally from downstairs. 🥺

Be aware of Comfort Inn, the worst hotel I've stayed in Dubai. The front desk staff has no customer care skills. The rooms are old and rundown, not pleasant to sleep in at all. They do not provide water, no coffee, no teaspoons, only one towel in the room, an absolute horrible experience. The room has a bad smell, the cupboards are broken. It does not feel as if you are staying in a hotel, it is actually embarrassing. Pay a little extra and you will definitely get something better, stay away from Comfort Inn, you will only understand when you stay there, so don't put yourself through this heartache.

One of the best hotels in the Union area. Excellent service from the respected chef, Mr. Antar, as well as the wonderful security team, especially the supervisor, Mr. Sami. A really clean and quiet place. The rest house. Thank you for the hospitality.

Avoid This Hotel! A Complete Nightmare! If you want to experience hell on earth, book a stay at Comfort Inn Deira!!! When I arrived, the lobby looked clean and gave me some hope. However, that quickly disappeared once I got to my room on the 4th floor. Although I was given a non-smoking room, the entire space reeked of smoke. The problems didn’t stop there: The bed sheets were filthy. The floor not clean. There was no safe in the room. The TV didn’t work. The security guy keep asking what you’re doing in the hotel lobby even though you’ve booked a room! The Wi-Fi only worked in the lobby, not in the rooms. No drinking water available. The smell of smoke was so strong it was unbearable! (I have booked a NON-SMOKER ROOM). The bed was so uncomfortable I could feel the metal frame through the mattress. The bathroom was dirty, and to make things worse, water from the bathroom upstairs was leaking into mine! The bathroom smells extremely bad every day! It was so bad that I checked out before my final night and booked another hotel that was clean in Dubai Marina that is very clean and comfortable, for the same price with free breakfast! Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this nightmare!!! So disgusting. The mattress was horrible, TV does not work, no safe, no Wi-Fi, dirty room and bed sheets! I booked a non-smoking room, but it reeked of heavy smoke! Everything felt dirty! a very bad experience overall. Avoid at all costs!
