I had a great experience during my recent cleaning appointment. The receptionists were very welcoming and friendly, making the check-in process smooth. Dre.Benammar and the assistant to dentist Mme Asma were extremely gentle, attentive, and professional throughout the appointment, which made me feel comfortable and well cared for. I highly recommend this clinic for anyone looking for excellent dental care.

I’ve never been so shaken after trying to make a simple dental appointment. I was told I had cancelled a few times last minute and then falsely accused of not calling to cancel — which is absolutely not true. I always, always call. I’m extremely respectful and careful with appointments, even when I’m severely ill, BECAUSE I'm severely ill. What disturbed me the most was the complete lack of empathy. I live with chronic, unpredictable health issues. I might feel okay the night before, only to wake up too sick to function. Yet I still do my best to show up, even with panic attacks in the dental chair. I’ve pushed through a lot just to keep appointments. But none of that matters, apparently — not to this clinic. It’s deeply ironic and disheartening that a healthcare provider would be so dismissive of someone with real, disabling health conditions. It makes me wonder: if I can’t be treated with understanding here, then where? Patients with chronic or invisible illnesses deserve to be treated with dignity, not suspicion or blame.

Doctor El-Khoury and the Clinic's staff are very courteous and professional in all aspects. The Clinic itself is well lit and impeccably clean. Lastly, the Clinic's service prices are very reasonable. :D
