I’ve had the worst experiences from a medical office from this clinic. The front desk person was dismissive of any issues you might have, especially financial, difficult to talk to and insensitive and lacking compassion. But I probably got a harsh treatment from her because she thought she could with me. No consequences if some patients she would treat and spoken to rudely. Dissapointed with the doctor, as well. Started off well but in the end, she never delivered the treatment she said she would do; waited months but nothing came of it. I was to be referred to another. Overall, time and money were wasted.
