I’ve been to this location a few times and usually get great haircuts from the older barbers. However, this time was disappointing. I asked for a low fade and specifically said not to touch the top or sides, but the young big barber didn’t listen and brushed off my input, saying he knew what he was doing. Unfortunately, the result was the worst haircut I’ve ever had. He also lacked basic customer service skills. Very frustrating experience.

If I could leave zero stars I would. I asked for a shape up and a fade with little to nothing off the top. The old man gave me no fade and messed my hair up. This is the worst hair cut I have ever had.
