I have always been appreciative of the great care and attention to my needs that Kim and her staff have shown. Reid Hackett has been very helpful in preparing an exercise routine and working around any discomfort issues so that I get the best out of my programme. Everyone who works there is friendly, personable, and very helpful. It is a great place to go to feel better plus, I would take Kim home in a bag if I could! She is a total goddess!

From the receptionist to physiotherapist (Dawn), the experience was tremendous. Dawn went through some exercises with me, keeping in mind my ability. She will also be emailing me the exercises & how many of each to do before my follow up appt.

Afton is an excellent massage therapist. She is thorough with her questions about trouble areas and works on those muscle groups with skill. She also does a complete body massage that leaves you with less pain and more flexibility. The atmosphere is relaxing and comfortable. I would heartily recommend her.
