I have been trying to get a referral to a neurologist and psychiatrist for 4 months. They have "generated" at least 40 referrals and I still don't have a suitable neurologist or psychiatrist. I'm pretty sure they use AI to, as they say, generate referrals. Haven't seen an actual doctor there yet, either.

Nobody never answers the phone and can anybody send the fax! My mom needs it. Yall really need to do ur job and stop lying about shit getting done. Nothing gets done and we shouldn’t have to keep coming up there to get things done when we already have been there!

They do not return your call back and the people there need to be retrain. Not good at all I would give it a F grade.
