Derek came to my residence to install a new spring and cables on my existing garage door. I don’t know how long he has worked for your company, but this young man is a keeper!!! The garage door he worked on is over 30 years old, he was very honest and up front with me about the condition of the door and all the parts aging and especially rusting. He spoke to me with respect and knowledge about his job. Very professional, worked very timely, and was all around a super guy to deal with, very personable. I would definitely recommend your company, and more specifically Derek in that recommendation because he was just AWESOME!!

They have been prompt and yes, ON TIME , every time they have been out. Their technicians are polite, efficient, and always ask if we have any questions. Their service rates are reasonable as well! Absolutely wonderful company! I surveyed several places as I needed a new Garage door, and Complete Garage door was BY FAR the best around. Great People, Great communication, and Great Service. This is not a fake review, i can assure you if you need any garage door service, this is the place to call. They also bailed me out of a jam where my garage door trapped me inside my house on a friday afternoon. they came same day, last minute notice and kept me from being stranded at home for the weekend. Heather is amazing! very professional and very self-less. Great communicator and an awesome bridge between scheduling and service workers. Best Customer service representative i think I have ever dealt with!!!!! Derek is a fantastic installation tech and also salesman. He will not recommend extra service if not needed. He is very honest and sincere with an understanding that these costs are often last minute and people may not be able to afford. He offered several "other possibilities" while also educating me on the process. Very trustworthy. Aaron was fantastic on helping me come up with ways to improve overall look as well as keeping costs down. His knowledge in the industry stands out and he is very honest as well. Great human being with compassion and empathy! This company is a must hire! no need to call anyone else i promise!!! and no I am not getting anything for this review, lol... they are just one of the last great companies around that you dont have to worry about taking advantage of you!!
