Love this dental clinic! I would love to commend all the staff, especially their super friendly team, for their excellent service! Christina went above and beyond to assist us even before our appointment date, making sure we had all the necessary information and were completely prepared for our visit. She was incredibly helpful, answering all our questions with patience and kindness, which made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Karen, his hygienist, was absolutely wonderful with my son—she was so patient and gentle, ensuring he felt comfortable throughout the entire process. She took the time to explain everything to him in a way that eased his nerves, and her warm, caring nature made a huge difference in our experience. Dr. Elmira was also amazing! She is super nice, professional, and made sure we felt at ease during the appointment. She took the time to explain everything clearly and was incredibly gentle and reassuring throughout the visit. Her kindness and expertise made our experience even better. I truly appreciate the outstanding care and professionalism of the entire team, and I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for exceptional dental care!

I cannot express how pleased I am with this clinic. I had thankful tears from the moment they told me they would make time for my dental emergency, right up until I woke up the next morning when I realized that I had slept through the night. The receptionist was wonderful, the hygienist was empathetic, and the dentist was phenomenal. Everyone took my concerns seriously, my pain was never once dismissed or minimalized. They worked with me to ensure I was comfortable and understood what was going to happen, and their reasoning for adapting the procedure to meet my physical limitations. I recently had a very badly infected tooth that needed to be extracted, and I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Elmira. She is not only an excellent and highly skilled dentist, but also incredibly kind and caring toward her patients. Before removing my tooth, she even referred me to a specialist to make sure I got the right diagnosis and treatment plan. I was very nervous about the whole process, but Dr. Elmira made me feel comfortable and at ease. When it came time for the extraction, her skill and gentle approach meant the tooth was out in just a few minutes, despite my gum being swollen and the root cracked. From the numbing to the very end, I experienced almost no pain and felt calm the entire time. Her nurse was also wonderful—she was incredibly polite and truly caring. She took the time to check in on me, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire visit. Both Dr. Elmira and her nurse worked together seamlessly and created such a welcoming atmosphere. Honestly, five stars aren’t enough for these professionals! I am extremely grateful for their care and expertise.

I’ve been a patient at this dental office for years. but my most recent visit for my kid was the last straw. The dentist was incredibly **unprofessional**, with a **rude and dismissive attitude** toward long-term patients like myself. Instead of showing appreciation for loyalty, they treated me like an inconvenience. During my appointment, the dentist was **impatient**, barely listened to my concerns, and gave **short, condescending answers** when I asked questions about my treatment. It felt like they couldn’t be bothered to provide proper care—just rushing through the visit to move on to the next patient. What’s worse, their **bedside manner was awful**—no warmth or professionalism, just an arrogant attitude. It’s clear they don’t value patient relationships, especially those who’ve been coming for years. If you’re looking for a dentist who actually **cares about their patients**, avoids this one. There are much better professionals out there who will treat you with **respect and professionalism**—unlike this one. I hope Dr. Kim and Dr. Carolyn will see this and stop hiring or bring in any unprofessional team member to this clinic. I don't want to mention the name, you can look it up with your record. I'm going to move whole family to new clinic unfortunately. **Zero stars—would not recommend!**
