I hate writing reviews like these, however, I must express my dissatisfaction with the dental services I received at your clinic and advise others. Despite scheduling multiple appointments and undergoing extensive treatment, 18 crowns attempted, the final outcome was only marginally acceptable. This appointment was supposed to be a quick visit to replace an already existing crown-prepared surface. I selected your clinic based on its positive ratings, expecting to receive the highest quality of care. However, my experience was far from satisfactory. On several occasions, I arrived for scheduled appointments only to be informed that the clinic did not have time to accommodate me or that a waiver was already signed stating I was happy with the results (which never happened). This was particularly frustrating and inconvenient since the clinic was forty-five minutes away. While I acknowledge that no damage was caused to my existing tooth and that the service dog was pleasant, these factors do not compensate for the overall negative experience I had. I lost many days of work, time, and money, and I am disappointed that I did not receive the level of care and professionalism that I had anticipated. To conclude, I hope that you will take my feedback into consideration and make improvements to ensure that future patients have a more positive experience. For customers reading I will likely post a follow-up if this crown breaks prematurely as well.

If you're reading this let me cut to the chase - find another dentist to go. Long story short I had some deep cleaning done and CDC took over two years from the service date to complete the billing with the insurance company so I had to pay $1400 two years after the service and the evidence wasn't even good enough for insurance to accept that the deep cleaning was needed. Come to find out when I go to my new dentist they said they would have never done a deep cleaning on my teeth and that was completely unnecessary. I will give them two because they did take out my wisdom teeth when I was in pain so that was a plus and went well. Also I've never been to a dentist that has a separate area in the back that is to discuss billing, financing options, or to compassionately sell you something you probably don't need. I do remember they leaving me a voicemail a couple days before an appointment I had scheduled far in advance saying doctor had an emergency but they could get me in two hours (from the voicemail time they left me). Overall everyone was nice but just frustrated they gave me a service I didn't need when they are professionals and should know. Then the billing took forever and I was on the phone back and forth with insurance company trying to figure out what the heck the dentist office didn't do right.

If you plan on doing any implant work being done, I highly urge you to find another office. I’ve had my implant work done here in this office and I can utterly say that I’ve spent the worst two years here. I have been trying to reach out Dr Tim in regards to issues from my implants and I either (1) get left on hold or (2) get told I am not able to get any appointments for the next few weeks. Dr Tim has essentially abandoned my treatment and now has his assistant is now “responsible” for my treatment. I’ve been calling and calling to make an appointment as my implants are loose, but yet I was told they were gonna give me an appointment two weeks out. I have been faced with this unprofessionalism and lack of care throughout the two years and am utterly tired of the treatment. I write this to prevent anybody from experiencing the hardships my family and I had to endure with this horrible office.

Everyone is so nice and caring. They are concerned about how you are doing and very efficient at all of my visits. And I love Mia (their very well trained service dog), she is so sweet.
