Called with questions, spoke to a woman who said she was the manager on duty. It sounded like she just woke up, and at the end of the call, she hung up without saying thank you or bye. If service is this bad over the phone, definitely not going in.

I don't remember the lady's name but my husband and I walked in with our new puppy and she was absolutely amazing she printed us out information on having a new puppy and also wrote down a lady to watch on YouTube that shows about training. I believe she said she was the new dog trainer there. So I just want to say thank you so much you were such a big help to us and we did end up going to the annville vet that you had suggested and they were absolutely amazing as well. Took my Honey to get groomed today. She's 10 and I've attempted to do it myself.... not so good lol. They gave her a bath and groomed her so beautifully! Great job ladies! We'll be back in 6 to 8 weeks!
