Customer experiences
My experience at Community South was overall very positive. From admission to discharge, I felt supported and cared for. Nurse Paige and Tech Sanjana truly stood out with their empathy, compassion, and willingness to listen. If you both ever read this, I can’t thank you enough, you made such a difference during my stay. The CT scan team was efficient and professional, which made the process smooth. The only area that could improve is the front desk, they were not as welcoming or helpful as the rest of the staff. Still, I’m very grateful for the excellent medical care I received.
I was amazed at the speed and care I received treatment on this visit. I was concerned with my heartbeat being low. When I arrived and spoke with the front desk, I was immediately put into a room with nurses already to help me. Very soon thereafter, an EKG was brought in for analysis. The root cause was determined and was told I would most likely need a pacemaker. I went home the next afternoon with a pacemaker and a heart that was beating in a normal pattern. I felt 100% better than when I arrived. I had the best care anyone could have asked for. What a great staff!!!!
The Home health care person in charge is a Lori she's very rude and acts like she could care less about the clients .it's terrible trying to find out if you will get help at home or not .. They get you in as a client then she's constantly saying they don't have a nurse to send out to take care of you. What type of medical facility is this ? Meaning HOME HEALTH CARE Now the nurse that did come out in the past a Stephanie is a wonderful nurse but , I was released from the hospital again yesterday and was to have someone come change my wound vac today and she stated a nurse may not get here till Monday !! Wound Vacs are supposed to be changed every two no more than 3 days is what I have been told by by doctors and surgeons. The hospital itself treated me well I was very pleased with their service and the care while I was inpatient but the home health care and getting people as clients and then not having nurses to take care of their clients is terrible !! So here it is Friday at 4:10 and still don't know what's going to happen I also contacted My case manager there at the hospital and did not get a response back from them. I have already been admitted to the hospital three times within the last 2 and 1/2 months. Again the care inpatient was great ! But trying to get home health care in a timely manner is a stressful situation...
I had the most best service at this hospital. I’m never going to the hospital ever again. I’ve been in the doctors nurse office. Is there just excellent excellent Hospital I’m just now leaving now. It’s 1:24 PM. Monday the 29th went in with some chest discomfort. I didn’t even sit down for 30 seconds never ever had that happen before everyone took care of me and everyone is working in.
